From opening circle to initiation, practice and completion, each day carries you a little deeper into the world of HIR.
Then:
DAY ONE
Entering the Circle
Your HIR journey begins in the evening as we gather, settle into the space and discover the sacred materials that will accompany you throughout your experience.
Together, we open the circle with prayer, honoring the four directions and welcoming the presence of Benevolent Spirits.
With a ceremonial drink in hand, you'll begin exploring your HIR manual and move through four guided meditations, woven with sound and HIR Reiki™ energy, inviting the mind and body into a quiet, receptive state.
The evening culminates with a Rose Communion Ceremony, a beautiful ritual of connection, intention and remembrance.
We close our first circle in prayer, allowing everything you've experienced to gently settle before we meet again.

DAY TWO
Into the Heart
We return to sacred circle, sharing what may have stirred overnight before opening the day in prayer and connection.
Through ceremonial drink, meditation, EFT tapping, sound and guided practice, you'll begin working more intimately with your Dream Weaver and Rose Quartz Heart, exploring the teachings and energetic foundations of HIR.
After sharing lunch together, we prepare for one of the most significant moments of the journey:
Your HIR Reiki™ Initiation
Within The Sacred Rose, you are received into the attunement process and introduced experientially to the sacred symbols and frequencies of Heart Illuminating Reiki™.
This is a time for receiving rather than striving.
We close the day together in prayer.
That evening, your journey continues quietly at home with your Dream Weaver, journal and selected readings from your manual, giving you space to reflect before returning for the final day.
You are now a certified Heart Illuminating Reiki™ practitioner.
And for some, this is only the beginning. HIR Rising™ offers the next level of the journey for practitioners called to go deeper.
First, you remember the light.
Then, you learn to rise with it.

DAY THREE
Embodying the Practice
When you return, something beautiful is waiting.
Your rose has been pressed.
Your certificate has been prepared, signed and sealed.
And the final chapter of your initiation begins.
We gather over tea, prayer and conversation, sharing what you've noticed and experienced before moving into the creation of your Nectar Network Grid.
After lunch, it's time to move from receiving HIR into practicing HIR.
Supported by sound, Reiki energy and the step-by-step practices within your manual, you'll have the opportunity to offer an HIR experience to another participant, and to receive one in return.
We come back into sacred circle to reflect, journal and share, followed by guidance for those who wish to bring HIR into their own professional practice.
Finally, we close the circle together with prayer, gratitude and acknowledgment of the Divine HIR energies, guides and loving presence that have accompanied the journey.

Reiki - Received & Shared
First you experience the energy. Then you learn to hold space for another.
Throughout your HIR journey, you will have opportunities to both receive Reiki and practice offering it to others.
HIR Reiki™ is offered with a gentle approach. Hands may rest lightly on the body or remain just above it, always honoring personal comfort, boundaries and consent.
As the receiver, you're invited to settle in, soften and simply notice.
You may experience warmth, stillness, emotion, imagery, deep relaxation, or perhaps something entirely your own. There is no “right” way to experience Reiki and nothing you need to make happen.
ROOTED BELOW. CONNECTED ABOVE.
Within HIR, we work with the imagery of energy flowing through and around us, connecting us with Mother Earth below, the greater Universal field above, and the heart within.
Like standing beneath a gentle waterfall of light, the practice invites you to imagine what it might feel like to release what feels heavy and create a little more room for presence, connection and love.
Not forcing.
Not fixing.
Simply allowing.
THEN, YOU BECOME THE PRACTITIONER.
As the journey unfolds, you'll begin learning how to create that same intentional space for another.
Using the practices, symbols, sequence and teachings within your HIR manual, you'll be guided through offering a Heart Illuminating Reiki™ experience of your own.
You won't be expected to memorize everything.
Your manual guides you.
Your practice supports you.
Your intuition develops with experience.
And HIR can stand beautifully on its own or become another layer within an existing personal or professional practice.

Experience the complete 2½-day Heart Illuminating Reiki™ journey privately, allowing the teachings, ceremonies, practices and initiation to unfold within an intimate one-to-one setting.
